special effects make up and why its important

                               
Learning how to do simple special effects makeup will make a massive impact on our piece. In our case the correct type of effect to learn would be how to make a realistic bullet shot. This will be used in the scene where Arthur the antagonist shoots Sara the female  victim. We could decide to just drizzle fake blood on the side of her face however that wouldn't seem realistic as when someone gets shot there is usually some sort of crater left behind.

However when we actually put this idea into action it wasn't very sucesfully as our equipment wasn't the same high quality as were used in the video. This resulted in our group applying the makeup in a different way, it wasn't as effective as it could have been if we used the right equipment.
